Monthly
Billing
Payments are due the 15th of each month we can send out an invoice
via email or regular mail. * payments received after the 25th a
late fee of $5.00 will be added to your next invoice.
Rain Delays
If raining on scheduled day, we will mow the next day if weather
permits
Yard Access
Please keep gate unlocked on your scheduled day. We cannot send
crew back if gate is locked.
Pets &
Debris
Please leave pets inside on scheduled day please pick up all pet
dropping, toys, bones, and rocks serious damage can occur to property,
crew and equipment.
